Step 1: Pusingkan kedua hujung pull up bar sehingga sama panjang dengan pintu.

Step 2: Pasangkan pullup bar ke pintu sehingga kedua hujung pull up bar bersentuhan dengan frame pintu dan putarkan bahagian tengah pull up bar sehingga ketat.
